Our Philosophy

At times, we just set off, take an off-route, maybe through a muddy dark forest, or through the abysses of the mazy labyrinths of concretes, or rock through the mountainous waves of unending waters, or keep on taking another stride through the snowy oceans of the heavens roofs. We may get lost or have found a rubbed away milestone or a broken bridge which we fear to cross. But then you find your own compass, make your own map, take your own route… and the compass always stays true to 90°L.

We, in Zero Degree Latitude, wish to read you several unheard stories from the Books of the World which will make you build your own compass of your life. We will take new strides if the paths fade away and make friends with fireflies when the lanterns flicker away, as we together explore the nooks of the world where the stories are murmured at every corner, narrated by tongues ever unheard of and bounded by the warmth of the souls and innocence of the smiles.

What is 90°L?

90°L is a collection of programmes which are especially and carefully curated for students to obtain broader perspectives on cultures and humanity, and to enhance the quality of their experience of studentship, in a holistic manner. Zero Degree Latitude is dedicated and committed to ongoing research and designing of 90°L programmes which are done in sincere collaboration with the experts of the respective fields who also value and advocate the incorporation of inclusive, interdisciplinary and experiential learning of students.

What does 90°L offer?

The idea of 90°L is to go beyond the conventions of educational tourism and to offer experiences which are crucial for the development of a student’s personality through engagement, participation, and appreciation. The programmes are designed in tandem to the standard curriculum of the institutions and balancing it with uniquely crafted experiences which only exposure to travelling can offer. We also pay respect and attention to special requests of institutions in curating exclusive programmes which may complement the respective academic curriculum more meaningfully. Zero Degree Latitude, having substantial experience in student behaviour and psychology, offers classified programmes for different age-groups from middle school to university students, where personalised attention and care is the fundamental of our service ethics.
