Let’s say we will be the next “Riders to the sea”, sailing around the islands of Andaman – the land of turquoise and divine. The white floor that stretches to the green (Flora, rainforests), illuminating with reminiscence of British heritage at Ross Islands along with the twin brothers at Diglipur, the patriotic highlights at Cellular jail, the world famous Radhanagar Beach sunset view in Havelock  and many more to explore in coming seven nights.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Uncovering the History and Beach Life at Port Blair

Once we land at Port Blair in the morning, our chauffeur will drive us to the hotel. We shall be pampered by a comforting ambiance of the resort with a delicious lunch. After an arm-chair relaxation, we will visit Corbyn's Cove Beach, the coconut palm fringed beach to enjoy an amazing sunset. Then we will proceed towards the Cellular jail to witness the light and sound show that narrates the saga of the Indian freedom struggle. Later we may explore any of the reputed eateries of Port Blair and will return to the resort followed by dinner and night stay at Port Blair.

Day 2 - Setting off for a hush-hush Baratang and Rangat!

The clock strikes 3! No, not during the noon, it's a silent night and we will prepare to visit Bartang today. They call it the "land of natural wonders", connecting to the Mud volcanoes and the Limestone Cave explorations. Further we will move towards the Parrot Island, the uninhabited island, lying with a mystery of Parrots, holds a strike to our eyes with a shimmering sunset. Don't worry! We won't miss Rangat the white sparkling floor at Amkunj will be the ultimate place for a footloose. This is the first Sea Beach while driving from Rangat and we will find the waves from Sea touch the ATR at places. A little detour from the main road will lead us to Diglipur and the hectic day will end with dinner and night stay at Diglipur.

Day 3 - Delve in Diglipur!

Starting with a Hello to the twins, Ross & Smith, we will explore the beaches. The ride would take around 25 mins from the Ariel Bay Jetty in Diglipur. What makes these islands truly beautiful and sets them apart from the rest of the islands is that these two islands are joined by a natural, sandbar. Water is crystal clear and gem green in colour. Sunbathing in Ross & Smith Islands is a wonderful experience. There is a Marine Sanctuary on the island which makes it an ideal place for spotting beautiful coral reefs and colourful species from the underwater. The clear blue waters add a touch of cleanliness to the whole experience. Ross & Smith islands are home to the Olive Ridley turtles which means, being the right place at the right time, one can even witness the turtle nesting. With such lovely experiences we will return to the resort in the evening and have dinner followed by night stay at Diglipur.

Day 4 - Cheers to Rangat

The day shall start with dreamy eyes! As the clock shall turn 3 am, we shall run towards the Moricedera is an ideal location for a picnic in a natural environment as sea on one side and lush green forest on the other. We will march towards Dhanninallah and the Mangrove Nature Walk located at a distance of 20 KM from Rangat is adjacent to ATR. It is the longest walkway of its kind in the whole country. This place Dhaninallah is named after a mangrove associate locally called as Dhanipatti. This Walkway leads to a very beautiful long beach called Dhaninallah beach, which is known for turtle nesting, leading forward to reach Port Blair for dinner and night stay.

Day 5 - Port Blair - The Capital

Today we will begin early after breakfast and will reach the jetty for a private ferry drive in Makruzz or Green Ocean to the heritage island named Ross Island, which used to be the capital for the English before Independence. Due to visceral past and establishments of the British Empire, Ross continues to remain as one of the most important tourist centres in Andaman along with the upcoming exotic North Bay for snorkelling or glass boating to get a glimpse of coral treasures at Andaman. The second half of the day trip will be allotted on visiting Fisheries Museum (Aquarium), Anthropological Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Joggers Park after returning to Port Blair. The day will take the most of our energy and so we would be getting back to the resort for some leisure with dinner and night stay at Port Blair.

Day 6 - Seek for your own spirit with the Queen!

After an early breakfast, we will sail towards Havelock on Makruzz / Green Ocean cruise and will check into our pre-booked resort. There we will have our lunch then proceed towards the Kalapathar beach and the world famous Radhanagar beach to witness the sunset. In the evening, we will return to the resort for dinner and night stay at Havelock.

Day 7 - Neil and the Rest

After an early breakfast, we will sail towards the Neil island, to wave at Bharatpur and Laxmanpur beaches and will proceed towards Port Blair after lunch. We shall explore the market for some last minute shopping and end the day with dinner at a popular eatery and returning back to the hotel for night stay at Port Blair.

Day 8 - The Retirement of the Sailor

We shall keep your sailing story with us while leaving for Port Blair airport through our chauffeur’s assistance to catch the flight for journey home.
