Casting away the hullabaloo of the daily schedule, embark on a journey through the pint-sized state with your significant other to get completely immersed in the most romantic walks on the sandy beaches or as you two lay on hammocks to admire the expansive sea through the muted language of silence, an experience that’ll forever bring back memories of your bonding with your muse.
Our Chauffeur will be waiting at the Goa Airport / Railway Station to receive and then we’ll be driven to Chorla Ghats, located at the intersection point of Goa, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. A pre-booked luxurious resort will be the accommodation facility where one can relax with their loved ones in the pool provided. After a fulfilling lunch, it’ll be time for a nature walk. The resort is ideal to be in touch with nature and hence, it is perfect for spending the stay in leisure with good food and cherishing moments. Later in the evening, after a sumptuous dinner it will be time for a night stay at Chorla Ghats.
After starting the day with a filling breakfast, our guide will assist on a nature walk into the forest to spot some exotic birds. A short hike through the forest of Amboti Ranges can be made to encounter the dense white undergrowth of water droplets of the mighty Vajra Falls, with nearly a 160 ft drop. The fatigue from the excursion can be dealt with by a pool session back to the resort before gorging on a sumptuous lunch and afternoon nap. A short siesta can be on the cards. The sunsets in forests are quick and inconspicuous but still a sight nevertheless. Evenings can be spent in leisure, followed by another delicious dinner and night stay at Chorla Ghats.
Today’s final destination is North Goa but we’ll be taking halts on the route, first at the famous Dudhsagar Falls, almost 2 hours from the Chorla Ghats. Located on the Mandovi River, this four-tier waterfall is among the tallest in India, with a height of 1017 ft and an average width of 100 ft. Next on course is the Spice Plantation trip where we can have some organic experiences and an out-of-the-box way to get bathed by an elephant. An organic chargeable meal will soon to follow and right after that will begin our journey towards North Goa. After completing the with procedure, we will rest for sometime before getting engaged in the evening carnivalesque spirit of Goan Beach meets at various available shacks. Soon it’ll be time for a lovely dinner on some seafood at the shack and then, we will return to the resort for the night stay at North Goa.
There will be a lot of traveling today; hence a sumptuous breakfast is needed to start the proceedings with North Goa which is mostly known for its golden sand beaches and religious emblems of the town, given shape by great architectural prowess. Fort Aguada, The Church of Mae De Deus and the Temple of Boghdeshwara are prime examples of such feats. However, a visit to the string of beaches likes the Anjuna Beach, Baga and Candolim beach among many others is the main course of the journey, to get acquainted with the beach culture of the coastal state. An en route lunch can be done so as to return back to the beach near our hotel on time for being the witness of another enchanting sunset. The shacks will be providing authentic Malvani cuisine which is at disposal for a sumptuous dinner. It’ll be now time to retire for the night back to our cozy hotel room in North Goa for night stay.
Today, after having a fulfilling breakfast, we’ll be on for a journey to the other half of the state, the South Goa district. Distinctively different from the northern parts, the south Goa houses a much more laid back lifestyle, where the unhurried pace and the exotic beaches beckon solitude seeking travelers. The southern district is older in heritage which one can realize while admiring the brilliance of the architectural geniuses, built with an amalgamated style of Indian and Portuguese design. The Old Goa Church like the Basilica of Bom Jesus, the Indo-Portuguese cultural richness and the old beaches of Colva and Palolem provide opportunities to dig deeper into the sands of time. By evening, it’ll be again time to relax on the beach back at North Goa, followed by another set of fabulous local food as dinner and a subsequent nigh stay at the hotel in North Goa.
Our chauffeur will be driving us back to the Goa Airport / Railway station according to our schedule and we start counting our days to return again in this beautiful lala land.
