A small deltaic sea village near the southern portion of Bengal near to another offbeat destination called Henry’s island noted for mangrove vegetation. A well-spotted locale for weekend trip Bakkhali is one of the popular destinations in Bengal tourism scene.
We will start early after breakfast from Kolkata for Bakkhali. En-route we will have lunch and reach Bakkhali within 5 hours and check into the hotel. After resting for some time, we shall visit the nearby Crocodile Project, Bakkhali Watch Tower and come back to the beach for sunset. The rest of the day will be at leisure in the resort followed by dinner and night stay at Bakkhali.
After an early breakfast, we will leave for Jambu Dwip through motorable boat cruise of 40 mins duration. We will return to the resort by noon and have lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Henry’s island and the mangrove vegetation and sunset by the beach. We will return to the resort by late evening for dinner and night stay at Bakkhali.
After breakfast, we will be leaving for Kolkata. En-route we will stop for lunch and reach Kolkata by afternoon. The rest of the day shall be at leisure followed by dinner and night stay at Kolkata.
